Who provides the site

Authorised public auditing only

Use Apex SEO Intelligence only for public websites you own, manage or are authorised to review. Do not submit private systems, internal network hosts, login-only pages, staging sites, admin URLs, personal accounts or targets where automated access is not permitted.

Automated crawling and fair use

The public audit fetches public pages, robots.txt and sitemap URLs where available, samples representative same-origin URLs and may request browser-worker rendering. Current code-level limits include up to 60 public crawler pages, up to 50 rendered crawl pages, one Lighthouse URL and rate limits of 8 audit requests per minute and 120 general requests per minute per detected IP. These limits may change to protect the service.

Service availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Audits can fail or be incomplete where a website blocks automated access, returns non-HTML content, rate-limits requests, uses login-only content, has network issues or requires evidence the public audit cannot access.

Report limitations

Reports are diagnostic and evidence-led. They do not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, Google indexing, Merchant Center approval, AI citation, legal compliance or future search performance. HTTP status and response headers come from network responses; rendered DOM evidence is used where available for DOM-level signals.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the URLs you submit, for having permission to audit them, and for checking report recommendations before making website changes. Do not rely on a report as legal, financial, security or professional compliance advice.

Intellectual property

Apex Digital Hub owns or licenses the website, interface, copy, code and product materials unless stated otherwise. You may use audit results for your own internal review or client work where you are authorised to do so, but you must not copy, resell or repackage the platform itself.

Third-party services

The service uses third-party infrastructure including Fasthosts hosting, Cloudflare edge/API services and Supabase authentication, database and storage services. Assistant features may use an OpenAI-compatible DeepSeek API where configured. Optional transcript storage or lead webhook integrations are used only for the relevant configured feature. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices.

Implementation work may also involve separately agreed third-party tools, hosting, APIs or subscriptions.

Implementation support

Any paid implementation support, project work, deliverables, timings, access requirements and third-party costs are agreed separately in writing. The website and audit do not create a paid services contract by themselves.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, and nothing affects statutory consumer rights that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, Apex Digital Hub is not responsible for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of rankings, loss of data caused by your own changes, or decisions made without checking the report evidence and recommendations.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law gives you another right.
